A very hardy plant to grow. Squid agave is an evergreen succulent adding great interest in the landscape.
It forms a graceful shaped rosette, pale green, toothless leaves and twist. They grow upright and curl back towards the outside of the plant giving a squid or octopus look.

Microsorium Musifolium – Crocodile Fern
Crocodile Fern, is an unusual tropical fern displaying long, green, strap-like leaves bearing a crocodile skin pattern on the top surface. Upright, arching fronds form a dense clump. Ferns thrive in neutral to acidic, richly organic soil which is moist but not waterlogged. Prefers bright, filtered sunlight and is excellent as a houseplant or in a seasonal container. These gorgeous ferns are epiphytes by nature, meaning that it has the ability to attach themselves to trees and in between rock cracks. This means that they have the ability to take in nutrients through their leaves as well as their roots.

Blue Star Fern Phlebodium aureum
The Blue Star Fern can be used as an indoor plant or outdoor plant. It is an epiphyte, meaning it attaches itself to and grows on trees. Often found in the canopy of rainforests but also on the lower levels on the forest too. This means it will like a warm, humid environment out of direct sunlight. Grow blue star fern in a medium size pot with drainage holes. For this plant, avoid terracotta pots because the pots dry the soil out too quickly as terracotta is porous.
